Buckinghamshire honours recognise local service

By the hiyastar.co.uk newsroom

Buckinghamshire residents and people with strong links to the county have been named in His Majesty The King’s Birthday Honours List, with recognition spanning healthcare, justice, housing, education, charity, music, technology and community service.

Buckinghamshire Council said the 2026 list includes recipients honoured for both professional leadership and voluntary work. The Countess Howe, His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, said she was delighted for those recognised and encouraged residents to consider nominating local people who go above and beyond for their communities.
